What is your return policy?
As Buddie & Co is soley handmade to order, unfortunately we cannot offer returns.
We have a detailed sizing guide available to ensure you find the right fit!
We do not offer a refund if you have changed your mind about your order or purchased the incorrect size.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- You have received a faulty product.
- You have received an incorrect size/product to what you have ordered.
We require you contact us with 3 days of receiving your product, and email details to email@example.com
How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
If you have placed an order for the wrong size or design, please email us with your order number and change request! We ask you to do this as soon as reasonably possible so we can get your order underway.
Shipping - When will I receive my order?
Our current processing time is 1-2 weeks, not including shipping! Please allow at least a week for your order to arrive once posted.
For international orders, our processing time is 1-2 weeks, however please allow 2-4 weeks for shipping. Due to Covid-19, there have been multiple delays with Australia Post, domestically and internationally.

We are based in Regional NSW, Australia!

Are your products hand made?
Yes! All of our products are 100% handmade by us.
What are your products made of?
We source all 100% cotton, linen and bamboo material. All of our hardware is metal.
